This chikee-dee absolutely loves his tummy time to the nth degree.
How's that for a titter?
He likes to stick out his little tongue when he's up for a show. And his lips-- our favorite by far is when he pout them so cute, shaped like an "O". I shall flaunt Geb's "O" series soon! Hee.
Ever notice newborns flash their gummy grins early on at birth? Those fleeting smiles or smirk we see mostly in their sleep. Reflex smile, that is. Research indicates they are innate with babies-- a survival instinct similar to other reflexes like rooting and sucking.
Geb, at six weeks, is learning to smile.
Along with coos and aaahs, he is starting to show smiles for real. Yee-haw!
